Naruto Ultimate Ninja Heroes 2 for PSP

I see this as a desperate ploy to make money off gullible naruto fans. When i heard a new naruto game was comin out on the psp, i thought it'ed be NEW but alas! its a port of the Japanese narutimate portable game i've owned for more than a year! from the trailer, theres absolutely no difference n its still the same single ought for each fighter. is there some law stating that there can't be more than one ougi on the psp version or are they trying to tell us the almighty PSP can't handle it? i for one hav decided not to bother buying naruto games on the psp until they bring it up to par with the ones the release on the PS2. New one played the latest installment on the PS2? Its craaaaaazy ... !!
